"The Groove™" is a second generation IR Pen designed to take the wiimote project to the next step in Interactive Whiteboard solutions. Through a wide customer base we have been able to glean key features that will bring extraordinary control and flexibility to your IWB implementation. "The Groove™" includes the following features:

1. Ability to use 1 AAA battery (alkaline/lithium 1.5V)
2. Tip Pressure switch, just press the tip against a hard surface* to activate the pen
3. Momentary switch housed on the main board beneath a rubber urethane skin (used for air brush simulation, or for use on softer projection screens)
4. Ergonomic form factor
5. Battery latch beneath the pen for easy access
6. Vishay TSAL6400 LED

"The Spot" is a custom molded attachment to assist in mounting your wiimote. Attach "The Spot" to any 1/4"-20 threaded mounting device and you're ready to go. This works great on tripods, ceiling mounts, or mini tripods.

*This product is designed to work on hard smooth surfaces that can hold up to an LED pressing and moving against it. LCD and LCD televisions are not designed to hold up to this and could potentially scratch and/or pierce the underlying membrane.
